Design Work Creative is a industrious design studio with a collective drive to manifest great ideas. Our team is local, hybrid and remote. Together we generate a diverse set of professional design skills, designing, prototyping, engineering and manufacturing.
David Winston
Founder / Principal
David Winston is a multi-diciplinary Designer who has received acclaim for his dynamic, innovative, and distinctive style. With years of experience in architectural practice, and several more years as industrial designer, Design Director, and manufacturer, David has built the reputation as a one-stop shop for workplace environmets, commercial furniture, and retail environment design where he brings leadership to teams of designers and engineers developing their wide-ranging collection of furniture products, exhibition design, workplace and retail experience design. David established his design practice in 2002, blending his research-driven architectural background, with an elemental approach for a range of clients in the areas of product, furniture, architecture, and interior design including: Vouge / Toyota/ HP/ Ducati / BMW / Google / Virgin Pulse.
Clara Reis

Clara Reis is a seasoned business development leader and workplace ergonomics specialist with over 15 years of experience in the commercial design industry. As former CEO and Co-Founder of SCALE 1:1, she helped pioneer award-winning, ergonomic furniture solutions that redefined flexibility and collaboration in modern workspaces.At Design Work Creative, Clara leverages her deep understanding of design strategy, client relationships, and operational systems to drive growth and deliver tailored workplace solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and well-being. Her leadership bridges design innovation with business performance — helping organizations create environments where people and ideas thrive.
Jerry Gomez
Industrial Design and Visualization
Jerry brings a unique set of skills to the team with wide range of design experience in visualization techniques, design concept development, furniture design and project managment. Working with leading manufacturers in the commercial contract furniture and commercial fixters world, he is the go to problem solver for technical integrtation and inventor of great design ideas.
Andres Arango
Design Engineer: Team Leader
Seasoned professional in managing products from design, production and launch. 20 years of design experience with CAD systems (Solid Works) and FEA (Cosmos) in products. covering all its evolutionary process, from a simple conceptual SKETCH to the final product development and beyond. Expert in SolidWorks from sheet metal design, resistance simulation to motion analysis. Andres background commercial design, aviation and aeronautical interior design allows Andres to work at a high level of precision and rigor on all projects he takes on.
Tara Boyum
Graphic Design: Team Leader
Tara is a creative with diverse experience in communication design. She believes that creativity is an important element to balance life and strives to find solutions through creative problem-solving.
-I’ve had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects, encompassing brand design, web design, typography, photography, and illustration. I’ve collaborated with a wide array of clients, applying my creative skills to craft compelling designs.
